LIL DICKY PROFESSIONAL RAPPER STREAM MOVIE
Robin is the DC animated universe follow up to Justice League: Throne of Atlantis - the last in-continuity movie that Warner Bros. As you may be able to tell watching the trailer (which comes to us courtesy of IGN) the titular Robin in this case is Damian Wayne - Batman's son with Talia al Ghul - and he'll be going head-to-head with his father. Robin is the continuation of the larger animated continuity/shared universe that began with the release of Justice League: War early last year. “It’s like being nice with dribbling a basketball,” he says, imitating what looks like a James Harden hesitation dribble.Partially based on the Court of Owls storyline that was featured in Batman comics that began with DC's New 52 relaunch, Batman vs. It’s especially impressive when he rushes through a verse only to stop on a dime and transition to one of his smooth older flows. It’s not the sort of purposeless fast rapping that you might make fun of present-day Eminem for, but rather a reflection of the never-ending stream of humanity all around him. On his latest album, It Never Entered My Mind, over a mix of grimy, sample-based beats that sound like they were made in the sewers, YL sounds like a tour guide as he posts up outside of MSG, goes on a date at Popeyes, and aimlessly rides the 7 train. This seen-it-all New York attitude is the engine for YL’s raps.

It widened the wealth divide and raised the cost of living even more, ultimately chasing many Black and Brown people to the outer boroughs, Long Island, and New Jersey. This gentrification went into hyperspeed in the 2000s with the development of the High Line, an elevated park and tourist hotspot that attracted a bum rush of developers. By the time YL was born in the mid ’90s, Chelsea was already long on its way to becoming a wealthy white neighborhood.
